This plan requires no obligation on your part and is subject to further discussions until we reach mutual agreement on all points

Once a plan is in place, we will begin recruiting your staff. We will pre-screen all candidates and make the top prospects available for a videoconference interview. There is still no obligation for you until you feel you have found the perfect fit for your business.
